14" Artcymbal (Manabu Yamamoto) Hihat 871/963gr
14" Artcymbal hihat, made by the living legend Manabu Yamamoto from Japan. These hats have been created by Manabu and have been put away in his cymbal vault for a couple years as a semi finished product. In may 2025 he took out these cymbals and finished them by over hammering them into the finished pair as they are today, mainly to adjust it's final pitch.
It's a very cool pair that has some old K complexity in it with the same amount of rich tones and overall charisma, but then with a modern touch to it. The top cymbal weights 871 grams and the bottom is 963 grams. Together they are a very versatile pair that cuts through the music easily without the need to play them loud. Super versatile and would be great in pretty much all genres.
