20" Paiste (1978) 'Formula 602' China Type 2065gr
20" Paiste 'Formula 602' black label China Type from 1978. It has a weight of 2065 grams which allows the cymbal to open up nicely with a warm low end tone in combination with that typical Paiste 602 bright shimmering sound. The relatively flat edge (it lays flat on a flat surface) gives it a lot of ride qualities as well, which makes it a very interesting cymbal that is more versatile than most other chinas.
The cymbal has 1 spot in the edge where it's been hit frequently, with a bit of a dent as a result. A common issue with chinas unfortunately... Doesn't harm the sound of the cymbal of course.
