15" Paiste 'Formula 602' Sound Edge Hihat 1020/1250gr
This is a mixed pair of 15" Paiste 602 Sound Edge hihat with a top from 1977 and a bottom from 1974.
Many sound edge tops have cracks, so mixing the bottom with another top happens a quite often with these sound edge hats. The nice thing about it, is that both cymbals are in really good condition! The top cymbal is 1020 grams and the bottom is 1250 grams.
The pair has a great mix of low pitch due to its weight and size, with that typical bright and cutting edge sound that gives it the bright touch. Sometimes that cutting sound of the sound edge bottom can be a bit much, but this one is pretty well balanced.
