18" K. Zildjian (Istanbul) Intermediate Stamp Crash Ride 1585gr

This 18" K. Zildjian (Istanbul) Crash Ride is a really nice left side ride for jazz. I'd say it's a bit too heavy (1585 grams) to consider it just a crash and I mean that in a good way. Some 18" K's can be on the light side, making it mainly a crash, but can get too wild to properly play it as a ride. It has a nice bright stick definition with the right amount of complexity to it. The sustain is not too long, which is nice, because you can easily crash it without taking up too much space of the rest of your playing. This cymbal is an intermediate stamp, meaning it's from between 1959-1966. The cymbal has a little flea bite in the edge, but for the rest it's fantastic condition!
