18" Modified Zildjian Avedis Sizzle Crash Ride 1595gr

A 18" Zildjian Avedis Ping Ride that we turned into a medium light sizzle jazz ride at a weight of 1595 grams. We could have made it lighter, but deliberately kept it at this weight, to avoid it becoming too loose, which would basically just turn it into a crash. At this weight, the cymbal still has a great crash, but also has a clear and bright stick definition with a bit of a wooden touch. We went with 2 rivets, to give it that extra sizzle and sustain, without getting too dominant in the overall sound of the cymbal.
