This is a pair of 14" Zildjian Avedis hats where we relathed the top and bottom side of both cymbals and brought the weight back to 740 (top) and 820 (bottom) grams, to turn it into a great pair of jazz hats. Even though they've been modified, they have a surprising amount of stiffness in them and though we didn't do any hammering on these cymbals, they do have a hint of complexity in them, which gives it some extra charm and character.
